Issue Description
When recieving a report for a comment as a moderator, the "report" contains almost zero content, and isn't clear about what the moderator is supposed to be looking at, to make their determination for moderation action.
Expected Result
The report would contain the content of the reported comment, or be more clear, where the moderator needs to click, in order to see the reported comment.
How to Reproduce
- Go to build.opensuse.org
- Click on Notifications
- Click on "Report for a Comment" in notifications
- Example Report https://build.opensuse.org/reports/2161

Having the content of the reported comment in that report would be ideal.
Alternatively, having it made more clear, that the moderator needs to click on "ImHex" in this case to view the comment, and having the username that made the comment in the "report" view would be helpful.
