Provide Button to deactivate the SOL

Sometimes the ipmitool is hanging, and the SOL get's stuck with:

Info: SOL payload already active on another session
```

To help users, provide a button in the UI that allows them to execute:

```
ipmitool -I lanplus -H <host> -U <user> -P <password> sol deactivate
```
