Retries yes ... but with some penalty

If user re-tries the quiz to improve score. We should penalize it in some way. Especially if somebody would aim for 100% completion without errors.
Like if it took 50 takes ... openSUSE-spirit++ but score--

Single take 100% should be imho better scored that achieving 100% in 10 re-takes.

Generally allowing to re-take quiz is good, but we also want to have real stats.

I agreed generally and for penalty at least keep min as zero point and if it is zero no scoreboard
