Draft detailed implementation guidelines for the Go SDK for Solana AI Registries. Use the reference documentation in docs/sdk_refs/go_sdk_references.md for all steps, tasks, and requirements. Include:
- Atomic implementation tasks
- Error handling and go:embed usage
- Versioning and publishing steps
- Test requirements and CI/CD
- Code style and review guidelines
- Reference links to all related artifacts
Instructions should be clear and actionable for contributors.
