Implement API integration and functional pages

- Add real Solana RPC API integration via utils/api.rs
- Implement functional Explorer page with network stats
- Implement functional Account page with real account data
- Fix routing and component props issues
- Add proper error handling and loading states
- Connect to real blockchain data instead of mock data

This addresses the issue of empty pages by providing real implementations.
