- Update notify 7.0 → 8.2 (removes unmaintained `instant` crate)
- Update indicatif 0.17 → 0.18 (removes unmaintained `number_prefix`)
- Update 117 transitive dependencies via cargo update
- Solana SDK updated to 3.1.2
- Reduced cargo-audit warnings from 7 to 5

Remaining warnings are from solana-clap-utils (uses clap v2 with
unmaintained ansi_term/atty) - requires upstream Solana SDK fix.
