uvx invocation broken: package missing console_scripts entry point

Fix suggestion: add a [project.scripts] section to pyproject.toml, or update the README to use uvx --from :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0} python -m paper_search_mcp.server.

@AlgoDev-hash: This is similar to #46, where uvx git+https://github.com/openags/paper-search-mcp.git would fix our uvx use case as well.

The main issue is that their pypi package is not updated, i.e. 1 year ago.
