When opening a file link refs by the AI agent on the side panel, the file content begins to flicker continuously and does not stop.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I observed that this issue only occurs when opening a large file while the side panel is closed. If the side panel is already open, reopening the same file does not trigger the problem.

What is the expected behavior?

It should not flicker at all.

This is not a duplicate issue. The flickering occurs specifically in the file content panel, not the workspace tree side panel.
