no matter what I try no audio response from Realtime API

I tried many approaches and possible solutions presented here still no honey, I just do not get a response in the session inside VR.
I am not an expert, using windsurf.
it is working perfectly with openAI HD voice.
Only the Realtime is not working no matter what i tried.
it is and audio chat only.
Any help appreciated.
