How would you deploy this with the relay server?

I'm forking this into another project, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to deploy, considering the fact that I want to deploy the server as well. Vercel doesn't support relay servers, and Railway is giving me issues. I'd like to avoid having to move the relay server out into it's own server that I put on like Heroku, what are your thoughts?

The console is great, by the way! It's groundbreaking technology and this project has made it very accessible to use.
