tart run hangs with no output

attempting to follow along with https://tart.run/quick-start/ and the command appears to hang with no output.

in activity monitor it had a big burst of processing when i first started the command and now it nearly idling.

tart shows up in my cmd+tab list but no graphical window has appeared.

it does show output upon stopping it:

❯ tart run sequoia-base

❯ 

tart list shows it running

tart ip sequoia-base works successfully

❯ ssh admin@`tart ip sequoia-base`
ssh: connect to host 192.168.64.2 port 22: No route to host

Is there a Tart icon in macOS dock after you run tart run?

If so, can you try clicking on it?

not sure what changed but that brought the window right up and now running the command a second time the window comes to the front immediately. thank you and sorry for the trouble haha
