[Feature request] Print final docker command to the output

This is useful if some people would like to generate SDKs locally. Imagine we setup this action as part of some workflow in some organization which will be running in automated fashion.

It would be nice if we want to run it manually locally on our machines, we can just copy-paste docker command from the action output.
