au.proxy.oaf.org.au is running on Ubuntu 16.04.7, when went EOL 8 years ago.

Update au.proxy.oaf.org.au to Ubuntu 22.04.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We can't go above 22.04 until we update Ansible core to a later version. If we update Ansible core first, then we should update to the latest Ubuntu LTS
Additional context
This is a very, very simple server, I expect that we just need to modify the ami and re-create the VM.
