Bump tmp and @maizzle/framework in /maizzle

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@maizzle/framework](https://github.com/maizzle/framework). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@maizzle/framework` from 4.8.9 to 5.2.2
