Default to `RuntimeDefault` Seccomp profile for pods

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, users must explicitly set the RuntimeDefault Seccomp profile to comply with the restricted PSS profile.

Describe the solution you'd like
This could be done by default to improve security hardening for users out-of-the-box.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Letting the users set it themselves.
