Support Allen's V1 nodes and edges types

Description

Allen's V1 circuit uses different data models from our BBP models:

• nodes: in additional to biophysical nodes, it contains point_process nodes
• edges: chemical connection type Exp2Syn_synapse, and point_process connection type

Neurodamus should support the new nodes and edges types.

A neurodamus branch #422 has been used to validate the converted Allen's V1 circuit. It needs to be merged into main

• Add Allen's ion channel mod files and Exp2SynHelper.hoc to repo neurodamus-models
• Test with a small circuit in Neurodamus test (e.g. bmtk bio14 circuit?)
