Create Campaigns, Areas or Tags through admin Panel

Hi,
If I understand correctly, you can define campaign, areas and tags only by creating/modifying seeders.

Shouldn't this be configurable through the admin panel? Am I missing something?

As we were waiting for the pilots to start in order to be able to take into account their preferences we kept the admin area as simple as possible. The idea behind this approach was to make it possible to be open about the way the data is fed into it because our initial guess was that public officials would prefer a flexible approach when creating the data (other tools, custom databases, spreadsheets, ...).
