Use of packages

CAOM has the "types" and "wcs" packages - are they necessary or desired? - as for instance the https://github.com/opencadc/caom2 tools have all of the XML elements and types appearing in the top level namespace.

"types" will go away in favor of a separate model of dataType and primitiveType (details depending on which can be migrated all the way to the ivoa base model); PR #31 essentially removes this package

"wcs" would be removed if we decide to jettison Part and Chunk from CAOM-2.5; Mark and I discussed the possibility that a general CubeDM could be used to replace them (eg CubeDM could import Artifact and then extend it to describe data files, measurement sets, etc in a useful format-agnostic fashion).

Those packages are reflected in code (java and python), but ou are correct that they are not in the xsd (didn't seem to provide any value there) nor in the database structure (single schema for the whole model).
