Scheduling single event or multiple events times filed displaying wrong digits

While scheduling single event or multiple events. If we select 01, 02 or 04 any single digit number for start time, duration and end time. It display 1,2 or 4 as a single digit on this screen see below screenshot:

In this screen still this fine. But when you navigate to summary page it look like start time is 03 and 09 minutes look like 90 minutes which is not true. Same goes with end time and duration.
