Drop downs opening downward cause unexpected behaviour when hitting window bottom

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open event details of any event.
2. Switch to "Comments" tab.
3. On the bottom, open the "Select reasons" drop down menu.
4. The drop down menu opens downward, causing the window to resize:

Edit: This seems to be a general problem with drop down menus opening downwards as soon as they hit the bottom of a window. Can also be reproduced in the "Access policy" tab when opening the "Role" drop down.

Technically this is working behaviour though, right? Just unexpected.

Do you have a proposed solution? Should dropdowns also be able to open upward?

Yes, I think dropdowns should open upward as soon as there isn't enough space for them to fully open downward.
