It is not clearly recognisable which information should have which reference to the address.
The country, city and postcode appear to belong to the institution. But the street and house number belong to the person registering. Does this also refer to the organisation or the person?
It would probably be better to summarise information about the address. I find it highly unusual to query the street and house number in a different field set.
