Metadata

• The input fields in the table cannot be accessed via the keyboard.
• Screen readers read out the table dimension and the table positions. This makes the actual input of some information much more difficult. There is no chance to know what the initail focused input field is for.

Source

• radio buttons do not have a focus indicator
• file inputs do not have a focus indicator
• remove buttons do not have a focus indicator
• Screen reader only read radio button options, but you do not get the label
• labels in "recording elements" table are not read out, file input read out is useless
• remove buttons are not read out
• recording meta start date cannot be accessed via the keyboard

Processing

• drop down cannot be accessed via the keyboard

Access policy

• checkboxes and delete button cannot be accessed via the keyboard
• warnings should be in a live area
