On the OCDEP 5: People, Organizations, Posts, and Memberships page, it says:
To avoid duplicating the entire Popolo specification, this proposal only aims to highlight the differences (omitted or added fields) between Popolo and the Open Civic Data implementation.
OCDEPs link out in several places to the Popolo site for more information, however the Popolo site is down, e.g. some broken links and their corresponding Wayback Machine captures are below:
Perhaps replacing the broken links with Wayback Machine links to the same page and/or adding the duplicate information to the OCDEP directly would be useful?
I'm not sure if Popolo is completely inactive, having temporary issues, or moved places on the internet.
