OCDEP 5 references out to broken links for Popolo documentation

On the OCDEP 5: People, Organizations, Posts, and Memberships page, it says:

To avoid duplicating the entire Popolo specification, this proposal only aims to highlight the differences (omitted or added fields) between Popolo and the Open Civic Data implementation.

OCDEPs link out in several places to the Popolo site for more information, however the Popolo site is down, e.g. some broken links and their corresponding Wayback Machine captures are below:

• Popolo Person broken link
  • Wayback Machine capture of the Popolo Person page
• Popolo Organizataion broken link
  • Wayback Machine capture of the Popolo Organization page
• Popolo Post broken link
  • Wayback Machine capture of the Popolo Post page
• Popolo Membership broken link
  • Wayback Machine capture of the Popolo Membership page

Perhaps replacing the broken links with Wayback Machine links to the same page and/or adding the duplicate information to the OCDEP directly would be useful?

I'm not sure if Popolo is completely inactive, having temporary issues, or moved places on the internet.

Found out that the Popolo site is active and it's just that the broken links don't have the front part of "www." included. When you add www. to the broken links in my previous description, the link works as intended, e.g.

http://popoloproject.com/specs/post.html

adding www. like this:

http://www.popoloproject.com/specs/post.html

automatically redirects it to this:

https://www.popoloproject.com/specs/post.html

and that link works
