This issue is to add a layer with recent historic satellite imagery data, which we use as an input into our forecasting models, directly into the map in the Quartz UI.
This will be broken out further into sub-tasks by myself and @suvanbanerjee as we coordinate our findings in the initial discovery phase, and dust off the existing code as a starting point.
