Sites tab Header behaviour

Describe the bug

The header values in each tab should remain constant and display the current value only. However, in the Sites tab, the header values change dynamically when moving the graph time pointer.

To Reproduce

1. Open the Sites tab.
2. Move the graph time pointer.
3. Observe that the header data changes along with the pointer position.

Expected behavior

The header values should remain constant, consistent with the behavior in the other tabs.
