Sidebar icon not working properly

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the sidebar arrow icon
2. The hamburger icon appears (not able to click it on hover)
3. If we move the arrow outside the sidebar, and comes back - the icon becomes clickable again

Expected behavior

The icon should be clickable
