Client-side application error when webGL is disabled

Describe the bug

When WebGL is disabled in the browser, the application crashes and displays a client-side application error instead of handling the missing WebGL support gracefully. Users receive an error page and cannot interact with the application.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch chrome with the webGL disable flag
2. See the error

Expected behavior

Show user map cant be displayed due to webGL
