bug: version not showing up in docker

Currently if we run the docker file, we dont see the version in the logs.

Starting the NESO Solar Forecast pipeline (version: 0.0.0).

I think this is because we havent copied the git folder into the docker file like this

Just checking in on this issue. I’ve submitted a PR that enables git-based version detection in Docker to address the missing version in logs.
