Remove legacy routes
Context
there used to be some old routes gsp/forecast/{gsp_id} that got changed to gsp/{gsp_id}/forecast and similar for pvlive.
Possible Implementation
- remove these routes,
- check routes are not used by UI
- check routes not used by any API users
