Client does not sync after resume from hibernation (Windows 11)

Steps to reproduce

1. Have the client running and syncing normally
2. Hibernate the machine (I do this every night)
3. Resume from hibernation (every morning)
4. Client no longer syncs; new local changes are not uploaded and log doesn't update
5. Restart the client → it reconnects and syncs the backlog immediately

Expected behavior

After resume, the client should detect the dropped connection and re-establish it automatically

Actual behavior

The client stays in a stuck, non-syncing state and makes no successful reconnection attempt. Only a full restart recovers it.

Took a while because this bug doesn't happen on every restore, this time it synced fine for 6 days. Just noticed that nothing has been synced in two days. Here's a slightly redacted log.
