mgPipe > fastSetupCreator + createPersonalizedModel Interaction causes errors due to rmfield

Within part 2 of mgPipe, fastSetupCreator creates a model without the fields "citations" and "comments" which createPersonalizedModel tries to remove, causing an error. I have worked around this by creating a temporary copy of createPersonalizedModel, but I wanted to notify the team regardless so you can take a look at it. The previous mgPipe issue seems to be unrelated.

I hereby confirm that I have:

• Tried to solve the issue on my own
• Retried to run my code with the latest version of The COBRA Toolbox
• Checked that a similar issue has not already been opened (perhaps)
