Cannot find what is listed in the README.md file

- *mets* instead of *met* folder name. The same for *rxns* instead of *rxn*.
- mentions an *inchiSmiles* table but cannot find it.
- mentions an *rxnFiles* directory but cannot find it. Should be *unMapped* instead?
- *atomMapped/atomMapped* should be *atomMapped/unbalanced* ?
