Add Enspiral

Coming from our experiences with @TransforMap, I propose to add the @enspiral Cooperative, too.

It seems to be a network of people and companies, rather than a single company. Wouldn't it make more sense to add the member companies individually?

Well, they somehow comprehend a concept together, so one would have to find
solutions about nomenclatures when talking about "open companies".
