Per discussion on the list with @zendril, we want to add resources (listed below) to the footer (in tiny type) or a resources button (with sublinks) on the bottom left.
I'll PR them in after #9 gets merged.

- Link to the mailing list (?)
- Link to slack channel(s)
- Overall link to main github (perhaps move it from the top to just on the left
- GH links to the primary specs
- Issue Tracker
