The manual has bit rottened, we need to fix these and of course also the link checks

In development nav.adoc links to od-messaging.adoc . This file does not exist, only messaging.adoc.

I have renamed messaging.adoc to od-messaging.adoc.

Now going to push to github and re-build the manual.

Seems like a local problem on your box: the message is about a missing perl module. Basic description of moduile at https://metacpan.org/pod/LWP::Protocol::https, multiple reports from Windows users out there on this subject.

I think this should just be about installing a CPAN module. However, to think is to not know.

Thanks for fixing od-messaging.adoc Also I now see that the link for watchdog is working again.
I am about to change the link to ocpn_draw from xref:ocpn_draw::index.adoc[Ocpn_Draw]
to xref:odraw::index.adoc[Ocpn_Draw]

I am a little unsure why this bad link happened at this late date. Is someone not updating their repository before making changes or something?

I will next try to fix the weather_routing link... No Rasbats fixed that already.

Now I have forgotten the git command to prevent rerun of all the plugins on circleCI. This is cumbersome to just change one link!

@leamas Why did you remove Watchdog because of a couple of bad links that were caused by @Rasbats changing something, and one bad link that keeps switching back and forth for some unknown reason. You shouldn't do that. It screws up users referring to the documents.

I was just going to post the answer to this issue, but I see you have it working.
I found that the Browser Size of text affects the layout. If the text is too big everything gets screwed up.

I found that my Browser text size was too big, and when I hit ctrl+"-" the text size gets smaller and the

Left Index appears. So the Browser text size matters.

Now it is working properly! Sorry. We could perhaps adjust the width of the left margin and right margin a little but this is the way it should be.

I wonder why your browser has the Left Index showing more grey? Mine is just white. Perhaps it is an adjustment in the contrast or something.
