OPCN on OpenSUSE not anymore maintained. #49

Description

Hello,
could you please update OCPN web site to guide the OpenSUSE user to use flatpack version.
I was the maintainer of OCPN for OpenSUSE for several years, but I have given up.

The current plug in model is not something that I agree with as it reduces to nil my capability to deep test version that are intended to be used at sea, but if that is what people are happy with, I will just follow.

OpenSUSE packages will not be made available by me any more. If someone else want the job, I will happily provide him/her with my building automatic rules.

Sorry.
Dominig
