Recent tab not showing correct declaration for multiple users

Bug description:
Recent tab not showing correct declaration for Community Leader, Registration officer, Registration general and local registrar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as Community Leader/ Registration officer/ Registration general / local registrar
2. Create any declaration
3. observe that declaration in recent tab
4. Login as another user
5. Make any action on that declaration
6. observe that declaration in recent tab of that user
7. Login to the previous user
8. Observe recent tab

Actual result:
Same declaration appearing in the recent tab for for multiple user if that declaration is worked on within 7 days

Expected result:
Recent tab should show declaration last worked on by the user within 7 days.
Technically this should mean the query looks for two criteria:

• Record was updated by you
• Record was updated within the last 7 days

These criteria are combined with an AND rule

@SyedaAfrida works as intended. It's not ideal but it'll have to do for now.

@rikukissa @jpye-finch For all user except for Hospital Clerk, Recent tab captures any declaration actioned on by the user with in 7 days. In the screenshot both Registrar and Registration officer have the same declaration in Recent tab. Same scenario occurs for community leader also.

So Hospital clerk and Field agent are the only user who is behaving differently for recent workqueue.

This seems to be the query we do @SyedaAfrida. So it needs to both be "me" who updated the record the last time and also it needs to have been updated within the last 7 days

I see. So the bug is actually not for Hospital Clerk rather its for other users who is actually not the last one to update the declaration. I will update this ticket @rikukissa
