Bug description:
Update the modal missing on the Record Audit page for the Birth/Death declaration. When a Hospital Clerk follows the status flow Notified → Rejected → Update → Send Incomplete, the Update modal does not appear on the Record Audit page. As a result, the user cannot review the intended update action.
Steps to reproduce:
Log in as Hospital Clerk/ FA
Create a Death/Birth Declaration
Sent the incomplete declaration
Reject the Declaration by the registrar/ RO
Update the declaration and by Hospital Clerk/FA, send it.
Preview the record audit page by Registrar
Actual result:
In the record audit page for that rejected application, the update modal is missing.
Expected result:
Should display Update modal in the record audit page with the Deceased's Details, Original and Correction Data in a table format.
