Bug description:
Verification code not appearing through email when trying to change phone number from settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as any user
2. Go to setting
3. Çlick change beside Phone number
4. Enter new phone number> Continue
5. Wait for verification code

Actual result:
Verification code not appearing through email when trying to change phone number from settings

Expected result:
Should send email notification
