Bug description:
System crash occurs when Print certificate button is clicked twice for slow connectivity from certificate preview page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as Community leader/ RA/ Registrar
2. Go to Ready to print
3. Print any certificate
4. from certificate preview page click Print button in slow connectivity
5. Before the page is fully loaded click Print button again

Actual result:
system crash occurs for clicking print twice

Expected result:
should not be able to click Print button again

Fixed for desktop view, but inconsistent behavior for mobile view.

Mobile view:
Sometimes a system crash occurs for printing the certificate. [NB. closely look into the video after 48s]
