Bug title:
Data Discrepancies Identified in informant's details (Place of residence, Age of informant)

Steps to produce:

1. Search for a record having tracking ID: BU19G7Q
2. View the record and observe the infromant's details

Actual Result:

1. Place of residence: Usual place of residence value is missing.
2. Age of informant: Age of informant value causes a validation error and shows "Invalid input"

Expected Result:

1. Provided value for place of residence should be placed.
2. Provided age for informant should be placed.
