‘Birth Location’ field missing or shows location ID instead of readable name depending on 'type of birth location' selection.

Bug description:
‘Birth Location’ field does not appear when place of delivery is Residential address/Other, and displays an ID instead of a readable location name when place of delivery is Health Institution.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Registry.
2. Observe 'Birth location' column against 'Type of place of birth'.

Actual result:
When birth location is Residential address - Birth location appears blank.

When birth location is Other - Birth location appears blank.

When birth location is Health institution - Birth location appears as Location ID.

Expected result:
Birth location on 'Registry' should appear in a readable format for all types of birth.
