Remove old, now unused scopes

Description

• Investigate which scopes are not used by our backends anymore and make a list
• Remove all these scopes from core source code & country config package
  • Make a changelog item with the removed ones
• Research if there is a way to have scopes strictly typed for old scopes as well, so a country upgrading to 1.9.1 would have compile time errors of still using old scopes
