Deployment testing incl. backups to a multi-node environment

Description

1. Deploy completely new multi-node environment. Let's not use Hetzner create server for this. Let's instead just use plain IP addresses (you can request these from Riku or Vadym)
2. Create a new country config for yourself
3. Follow instructions to deploy, environment creation, provision...
4. Create a registration, verify it appears also in metabase
5. Take a backup clear the environment
6. Verify registration is not in the environment nor in metabase
7. Restore backup
8. Verify registration comes back
