Data Discrepancies Identified in deceased's details

Steps to produce:

1. Search for records having tracking ID: DIQUFOR, DRJJHE9
2. View records and observe deceased's details

Actual result:

1. Birth registration number is missing though it was provided
2. Usual place of residence is missing and showing required
3. Marital status is showing required

Expected Result:

1. Birth registration number should show provided value
2. Usual place of residence should show provided value
3. Marital status should not show required as it's optional
