With MOSIP integration Age to DOB conversion is not happening

Bug description:
With MOSIP integration Age to DOB conversion is not possible

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as any user
2. create any declaration where user details are filled up with Age (Exact date of birth unknown) not DOB
3. Submit
4. Login with RA/ Registrar
5. Update or correct that record
6. Change the user details with QR scan or e-signate flow (where DOB is given)
7. Observe the details

Actual result:
after QR scan or E-signate flow Exact DOB is not unchecked and Age field with previous value still showing

Expected result:
should show DOB

@naftis Looks like its still broken for informant details page (informant is not father/ mother/ spouse) for both birth and death.
