Delete location endpoints from Gateway, ensure Events service has all the same functionality now (3) #11067
Description
- Once we have moved using V2 hooks for offline data, remove gateway endpoints.
- Review which endpoints are needed and how they are used.
- If we are lacking functionality in events service, implement it
- Refactor seeding to happen directly in V2 instead of syncing it through V1
- Write test cases for the changes
- Negotiate with Tameem which one will deprecate the hearth locations if it needs any action from our part.
