Dev tasks

• Update Metabase to v0.50.24.4
• Update Metabase version in local development environment
• Update .trivyignore.yaml to remove the Metabase specific ignores
• Test the development environment in packages/dashboards yarn start still works after the updates.
  • Test the configuration flows defined in this documentation page still works
