Bug description:
In User Audit page, IP address are showing wrong for different actions

• In user audit page of Local/ national system admin login/logout IP showing with empty brackets eg. () • 10.0.1.4. However IP address of actions like Edit user, deactivate, reactivate user is showing correct
• In User audit page of any FA/RA/Registrar login/logout IP showing with empty brackets eg. () • 10.0.1.4.
• In User audit page of any FA/RA/Registrar actions like assign, view update, register etc Ip address are showing with (node fetch) eg.
  (node-fetch) • 10.0.1.4

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as National system admin
2. Go to team
3. Observe User audit page of any FA/RA/Registrar
4. Observe User audit page of any National/local system admin

Actual result:

• In user audit page of Local/ national system admin login/logout IP showing with empty brackets eg. () • 10.0.1.4. However IP address of actions like Edit user, deactivate, reactivate user is showing correct
• In User audit page of any FA/RA/Registrar login/logout IP showing with empty brackets eg. () • 10.0.1.4.
• In User audit page of any FA/RA/Registrar actions like assign, view update, register etc Ip address are showing with (node fetch) eg.
  (node-fetch) • 10.0.1.4

Expected result:
should show like Windows (Chrome) • 119.148.49.98
