Wrong error message is showing for multiple fields when they're kept empty

Bug description:
Wrong error message is showing when 'email address', 'date of death' is empty.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Declare any birth/ death / marriage event
2. Keep informant type and email address empty
3. Go to review page and observe error message in email field
4. Again provide informant type and keep email address empty
5. Go to review page and observe error message in email field
6. Again provide informant type as someone else> fill up the field of relationship to child and keep email address empty
7. Go to review page and observe error message in email field

For date of death -

1. Start creating a death declaration.
2. Keep 'date of death' field empty.
3. Navigate to declaration review page.
4. Observe the error message for 'date of death' field.

Actual result:

• When informant type IS PROVIDED and email address is empty error message is showing "Must be a valid email address"
• When 'date of death' is empty, error message says - "Must be a valid date"

Expected result:

• When informant type IS PROVIDED and email address is empty error message should show "Required for registration"
• When 'date of death' is empty, error message should say - "Required for registration"

Note: This bug exists in V1.5.1 And have failed e2e in Birth and death declarations
